Refund and Satisfaction Policy

The short version

Hers For The Taking sells digital programs, downloads, and a small line of physical goods. Because digital products give you access right away, we do not run automatic returns the way a physical-goods store does. But we stand behind the work. If a program is not right for you, reach out through the contact form within 14 days of your purchase and tell us what did not land, and we will make it right or refund you.

What this covers

This policy applies to the digital products sold on hersforthetaking.com: the inbox-and-hub programs (for example, The Visibility Playbook and The Next 90 Days), the bundles, and any downloadable files that come with them. Physical products (stickers, bookmarks, notebooks, journals, planners, mugs) are covered in the damaged-or-wrong-item section of our Shipping Policy.

Our 14-day satisfaction promise

We want you to actually use what you buy. If, within 14 days of your purchase, you have given the program an honest try and it is not working for you, contact us with your order number and a sentence about what missed. We will either help you get what you needed or refund your purchase. We read every one of these.

Why digital products work differently

Our programs are delivered immediately. The first emails and pages are available as soon as you buy, and the rest arrives on a schedule. Once delivered, digital content cannot be "returned" like a physical item, so refunds run through the satisfaction promise above rather than through an automatic returns process.

When a refund may not apply

We may decline a refund if:

• The request comes more than 14 days after purchase.
• There is clear evidence the full program was downloaded, copied, or shared and the request looks like an attempt to keep the content for free.
• The same person has requested refunds repeatedly across multiple purchases.

If we decline, we will tell you why in plain language.

Bundles

If you bought a bundle and ask for a refund within the 14-day window, we refund the bundle price.

How to request a refund

Use the contact form with the email address you used to buy, include your order number, and tell us briefly what did not work. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please reach out before a chargeback

If something went wrong, contact us first. We can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, and a chargeback filed without contacting us may affect your ability to buy from us again.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
