Cristal Finley speaks to the women corporate programs are built for. Keynotes, workshops, roundtables, and panel moderation that turn career visibility and leadership into moves a woman can practice on Monday.
Four talks, one method. Each maps to a pillar of her framework and stands alone, or books as a series.
Name what you want to be seen for, in plain words.
Make your work and your value impossible to miss.
Build the advocates who speak your name in the rooms you are not in.
Lead from where you are and move toward what is next.
Each is available as a 15-minute short, a 45-minute keynote, or a 60 to 90 minute interactive session.
You cannot advocate for value you have never named. Clarity comes first.
Being good at your job is not the same as being seen for it, and being seen is a skill.
The relationships you build are often the missing piece between being qualified and being considered.
You do not need a title to lead. Lead from the seat you have, and the title catches up.
The Clarity, Visibility, and Relationships sessions come with a participant workbook. Leading From Any Seat runs as a facilitated roundtable with a reflection sheet. Cristal has already delivered in the keynote, roundtable, and moderator formats. In person across the Pacific Northwest, virtual anywhere.
Clarity, then Visibility, then Relationships, then Leadership Momentum, booked in sequence across your ERG or learning-team calendar and priced as a set. It is the highest-value way to bring Cristal in, and the piece no single talk sells on its own.

Cristal Finley is the founder of Hers For The Taking and host of the She Made It Happen Podcast. From 2017 to 2020 she was vice president and a founding board member of the Native American Employee Resource Group at U.S. Bank, where she led the first virtual, culturally focused chapter to win Chapter of the Year. She holds an MBA and has served on a financial-services association board since 2017, including a year as president. She knows the budget, the executive sponsor, and the attendance problem, because she owned all of them.
